Due to the personal and spiritual nature of our products, returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund.
